The sponsor of this sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is GATX Enterprises, LLC d/b/a Bezerks.com ("Sponsor"), located at 133 W Washington St Ste D, Monticello, GA 31064.

Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins See bezerks.com and ends See bezerks.com (the "Sweepstakes Period"). The random drawing will be held on or about See bezerks.com. Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.

Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Sponsor may require proof of identity, age, and eligibility (including valid government-issued photo identification) before awarding the prize. Failure to provide requested verification within the required time may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entity involved in the development or administration of the Sweepstakes (collectively, the "Promotion Entities"), and each of their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members are not eligible.

Prize

One (1) Grand Prize: Current Prize (or substantially similar configuration as determined by Sponsor).

• Color/specification may be determined by Sponsor in its discretion unless otherwise stated.
• Prize is awarded "AS IS" without warranty from Sponsor. Any manufacturer warranty is provided by the manufacturer, if applicable.
• No substitution, transfer, or assignment of prize is permitted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.
• Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any costs not expressly stated in these Official Rules.

How to Enter (Two Ways)

You may enter the Sweepstakes by either method below. All eligible entries, regardless of method, will be included in the same drawing and treated equally.

Entry Requirements; General Entry Conditions

All entries must be received within the applicable deadlines stated above to be eligible.

Entries become Sponsor's property and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Entry Reset Policy: All accumulated entries -- including those earned through membership renewals, founding member bonuses, and single entry purchases -- are reset to zero (0) upon the conclusion of each major prize giveaway drawing. Entries do not carry over from one giveaway period to the next. Each new giveaway period begins with a fresh entry count for all participants. Members in good standing will begin accumulating new entries automatically at the start of each new giveaway period based on their active membership tier.

Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more entries than permitted by these Official Rules through fraud, automation, scripting, use of multiple identities, or any other method may result in disqualification, at Sponsor's discretion.

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address provided (or, for AMOE, the person identified on the entry as determined by Sponsor) will be deemed the entrant, subject to verification.

Sponsor's entry ledger (including purchase/renewal timestamps, credits, and reversals) is the official record for entries credited through Bezerks.com.

Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Winner Selection

On or about See bezerks.com, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received. One (1) potential winner will be selected at random.

Winner Notification; Verification

The potential winner will be notified using the contact information provided in the entry (email, phone, and/or mail) on or about See bezerks.com.

The potential winner may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit/Declaration of Eligibility, Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release (collectively, "Winner Documents") within 7 days of notification (or such other deadline specified by Sponsor). Sponsor may also require the winner to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 for tax reporting purposes.

If the potential winner: (a) does not respond within 5 days of the first notification attempt; (b) fails to return required Winner Documents on time; (c) cannot be verified; (d) is found ineligible; or (e) declines the prize -- then the potential winner forfeits the prize and Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner (time permitting).

Prize Delivery

Prize will be shipped to the verified winner at the mailing address provided, or otherwise delivered as determined by Sponsor. Winner may be required to provide a valid government-issued photo ID prior to prize fulfillment. Sponsor is not responsible for delivery delays or failure due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, city and state, likeness, photograph, voice, and/or statements for advertising and promotional purposes in any media worldwide, without additional compensation.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and the Promotion Entities from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize, including but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention; (b) technical errors; (c) printing or production errors; (d) lost, late, damaged, misdirected, or undelivered mail; (e) errors in administration; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property.

Limitations of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants or by any equipment or programming associated with the Sweepstakes; (ii) technical failures of any kind; (iii) unauthorized intervention; (iv) mail delivery failures; or (v) any injury or damage resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of the prize.

Sponsor's Rights; Cancellation/Modification

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person it determines to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.

If Sponsor determines, in its discretion, that the Sweepstakes is compromised by fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other causes beyond Sponsor's reasonable control which impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes.

Disputes; Governing Law; Venue; Class Action Waiver

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that:

Individual actions only / No class actions. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action or collective proceeding.

Governing law. All issues and questions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules.

Exclusive venue / jurisdiction. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Jasper County, Georgia.

Limitation of remedies. Entrant's sole and exclusive remedy for any dispute shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in entering the Sweepstakes (if any).

Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, contact entrants, verify eligibility, and award prizes, and will otherwise not be sold or disclosed to anyone other than the sweepstakes administrators.
